Many Thais wearing traditional clothing to royal funeral exhibition

BANGKOK, 28th November 2017 (NNT) - Many people are wearing Thai traditional clothing when visiting the royal crematorium exhibition of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej at Sanam Luang.

People from all walks of life can be seen making their way to the exhibition. Every visitor must enter the exhibition venue through one of the 5 checkpoints for safety reasons.

Visitors are urged to be respectful by wearing polite clothes.

On Monday, a group of people from Loeng Nok Tha District of Yasothorn, who visited the exhibition for the first time, wore traditional Isan clothing.

The rice demonstration field, which is located next to the royal crematorium, has drawn a lot of attention from the many visitors.

Information about the royal cremation ceremony is provided by exhibition staff. Since November 2nd, at least 2.1 million people have visited the venue.
